Before she completed her engineering studies she started to search for a field that she would be happy with and never feel like she is working. As a result of bold trials, she decided to be in learning and development. She is interested in facilitating knowledge and experience transfer. She combines a creative spirit with an analytical mind in her work as a learning consultant and facilitator. On client projects, she is known for applying her rich interdisciplinary experiences to simplify complexity and transform theory into practical applications.
