When we have something we believe could genuinely help others, it’s natural to want to guide them closely.
Because we care, we start carrying more … thinking ahead for them, adjusting along the way, trying to make sure they don’t get stuck or discouraged.
At that point, it’s easy to start carrying more than our share:
*Feeling responsible when people don’t engage or apply what you offered
*Adding more explanations, options, or support so no one feels lost
*Holding yourself accountable for outcomes that depend on others’ choices
So I wonder:
⭐Where are you trying to anticipate every possible outcome instead of giving people something solid to work with?
⭐What might change if your role was to shape clarity, not carry the consequences?
⭐How could you support growth in a way that invites ownership, rather than dependence?
This isn’t about withdrawing support.
It’s about creating conditions where people can move on their own.
